Julian has extensive commercial, operations and asset management experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in engineering the turnaround of high potential but underperforming assets and has rehabilitated hotel and resorts in financial distress.

He has held senior management positions with Trust House Forte Hotels, Inter- Continental Hotels, Abercrombie & Kent, Radisson Hotel Group, Wyndham Worldwide and most recently was Group MD for the Hotel and Resort division of CLC World Resorts & Hotels, Europe’s largest independent resort operator comprising 21 Hotels and resorts in Europe and North America.

Julian’s experience includes beach front resorts, condo hotels, luxury travel and 5-Star city centre Hotels where he was Director of Sales/Marketing for Grosvenor House London, Inter Continental London and The Churchill (now a Hyatt Regency)

Julian engineered the successful turnaround of Sun Gardens Dubrovnik and its affiliation with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) and has advised, and represented hotel Owners on numerous resort and hotel projects in the Mediterranean and Balkans.

He is an Advisor to small hospitality businesses and is a founding shareholder and Board Director of Travel Curious, an innovative experiential travel technology platform providing tours and experiences to hospitality and distribution partners.
